objective symptoms? For example, subjective symptoms cannot be measured with a test. Whereas objective symptoms can be. Like that there are around 5 difference between subjective symptoms and objective symptoms. Lets discuss each of them in detail.

Subjective symptoms and objective symptoms has following set of differences, they differ from each other in following respects-- Subjective symptoms are very personal to patient, only patient knows about them whereas objective symptoms are non-personal; they can be observed by anyone and therefore known to everybody.
- Subjective symptoms cannot be measured or detected with help of any laboratory tests whereas objective symptoms can be measured with help of laboratory tests available.
- Subjective symptoms bears close similarity to term ‘symptom’ being non-observable like them, whereas objective symptoms bears close similarity to term ‘signs’, which can be observed by anyone.
- Subjective symptoms of every person are different. Whereas objective symptoms of each disease are different, but of persons suffering from same disease are same.
- Subjective symptoms assist in individualizing a case, therefore, help in diagnosing Homoeopathic remedy of a case whereas objective symptoms help in diagnosing a disease.
