Accessory circumstances, are kind of different causative circumstances; except the miasmatic cause circumstances, which are also counted as disease causer, maintainer and producer; just like, miasmatic causative circumstances.

In Homoeopathy, it is said that miasmatic causative circumstances are main disease producer cause. But, if you leave miasmatic cause on one side and search for more causative circumstances in case of a disease; then you will find circumstances, which provide appropriate environment to disease; to flourish and miasmatic cause to further deteriorate human body and also let, miasmatic diseases causes to stay and not get eradicated.

Under accessory circumstances, comes many factors; except the miasmatic cause. And, these factors, which are called accessory circumstances or included under category of accessory circumstances are-

  • Genetic buildup of, constituent of patient.
  • Mind set up and intellectual side of, constituent of patient.
  • Environment, in which patient used to stay and work.
  • And, kind of persons, with whom patient interact and
  • Kind of daily diet, patient eat and
  • Daily use object, patient use,
  • Patient's age and gender status predispose to particular diseases.

One question, asked in beginning of article was; why it is so important to search for accessory circumstances in disease case? The reason for this is that they are also disease producer; so treatment of them, can eradicate them. And sometimes, they act as disease maintainer too. So, avoidance of them, can avoid disease occurrence too.
