6 Cardinal principles of Homoeopathy



What are cardinal principles of Homoeopathy is today's article of Homoeopathic Blog. But, before we discuss them, first tell me; do you know, what is meaning of cardinal principles? Cardinal principles are main guidelines, rules around which system resolves and on which whole theme of system and system itself rests.

What are cardinal principles of Homeopathy?

Like other science system having their unique cardinal principles, Homoeopathy do have cardinal system. What is so special about these cardinal principles of Homoeopathy, this we will discuss in upcoming articles of Homoeopathic Blog.

Today, we will have brief discussion on various cardinal principles of Homoeopathy, which are total 6 in number and they are-

1) First is, Similia Similibus Curantur, detail of which, we will discuss in upcoming Homoeopathic Blog articles. Another common name with which this law is known is Law of Similia.

2) Second cardinal principle of Homoeopathy is law of simplex, its detail will also be discussed in upcoming articles.

3) Third cardinal principle, which Homoeopathy follows and on which Homeopathy is based, is usage of Law of minimum dose of medicine.

4) Fourth law is that no doubt medicine amount needed to be minimum but this also need to be in dynamized form. So, law of drug dynamization or doctrine of drug dynamization is fourth cardinal principle.

5) Fifth cardinal principle, is theory of chronic diseases, which is very important issue need to be resolved during Homeopathic treatment to it to be qualitatively effective.


6) Sixth cardinal principle is doctrine of drug proving, according to which medicines needed to be proved on healthy human beings to record their effects on healthy humans.
